General Conditions
Entry to Mighty Jungle Indoor Cafe Play Centre (”Mighty Jungle”) is subject to our Conditions of Entry. By entering, you acknowledge that Mighty Jungle and its Owners, Directors, and Employees are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage (personal or otherwise) that may occur on the premises, regardless of the cause.
Accordingly, Mighty Jungle and its representatives are released from any and all legal liability.
Conditions of Entry:
- All customers must follow Mighty Jungle playground rules and staff directives at all times.
- Children must not climb on top of play equipment, or outside of any play structures.
- All customers are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour during their visit to Mighty Jungle. Any misconduct, including damage to property or causing discomfort to other customers or staff, may lead to eviction from our premises without a refund.
- All children aged 6 months to 12 years entering the premises require a paid entry fee or party package, regardless of whether they intend to play.
- Outside food and drink are not permitted. Exceptions are made for baby food, water, or a birthday cake/cupcakes for party hosts with a booked birthday party, or cafe party hosts who have paid a cakeage fee. Snacks, fruit, sandwiches, and lunchboxes of any kind are not permitted.
- Socks must be worn at all times by all customers (children and adults) inside the play areas, and shoes must be removed before entering. Socks can be purchased if required.
- Children must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult 18+ years at all times.
- Older children may only enter the under 5 years old area if they are accompanying a sibling who is under 5 years old. They must play gently and respectfully to ensure the safety of younger children. Older children may be asked to leave the under 5s area at the discretion of Mighty Jungle staff if they are not adhering to these rules.
- Our facilities cater to children up to 12 years of age. Anyone 13 years or older is considered an adult.
- Adults are discouraged from using any play equipment, and do so at their own risk. Adults (13+ yrs) will be made liable for any damages to play equipment as a result of their usage
- You understand and accept that the use of playground equipment carries a risk of injury and agree to ensure that children under your care follow all playground rules and Mighty Jungle staff instructions. Although all equipment and play areas are inspected in accordance with Australian Playground standards, some risk of injury still remains.
- Individuals with existing injuries who enter the playground do so at their own risk.
- Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of their owner. Mighty Jungle is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Theft will not be tolerated. Any customer suspected of, or caught stealing, including members of their group, will be required to stay on the premises until either; all stolen items are returned, or police arrive to assume control of the situation. Once resolved, all members of the group will be removed from the premises without a refund, formally reported to the authorities, and denied future entry.
- CCTV operates at all times for safety and security. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to this surveillance. CCTV footage will not be distributed to customers, and will only be provided to relevant authorities if formally requested.
- All customers must be free of illness (including flu, fever, diarrhoea, and vomiting) for at least 24 hours prior to your Mighty Jungle visit
- Re-entry is generally permitted for reasonable purposes (e.g. trips to the car, making a phone call) and is subject to the discretion of Mighty Jungle staff. Re-entry will not be allowed if more than 15 minutes have passed since exiting the premises.
- Prices (e.g. entry, food, drinks, party extras) are subject to change without prior notice. For party bookings, the package price at the time of booking will be honoured.
- For health and safety reasons, opened snacks or drinks cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of food and beverages are final once opened.
- Inappropriate behaviour or unwanted physical contact by either children or adults will not be tolerated. Customers may be asked to leave our premises without a refund, at the discretion of Mighty Jungle staff.
- Mighty Jungle is not responsible for interruptions to water, power, or other services outside of our control. Customers acknowledge that such outages may affect access to facilities, equipment, or services, and no compensation or refund will be provided in these circumstances.
- Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Customers deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs may be denied entry or asked to leave our premises without a refund, at the discretion of Mighty Jungle staff.
Entry to our premises will be taken to mean acceptance to all Mighty Jungle Terms & Conditions.
Failure to adhere to any of Mighty Jungle’s Terms & Conditions or staff directives may result in the immediate removal of the customer and any associated persons from the premises without a refund, at the discretion of any Mighty Jungle Staff.
Mighty Jungle reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions without notice. Terms & Conditions published on the website will always be the latest version and will override any prior Terms & Conditions provided in any other form.
